Last updated June 2026

These terms cover two things, using our website, and booking our catering and ice cream cart services. Part A applies to anyone using our website. Part B applies when you book our services. By using our website or making a booking with us, you agree to the relevant terms below. Please read them carefully and ask us if anything is unclear. How we handle your personal information is explained in our separate Privacy Policy.

Part A. Website Terms of Use

1. Using our website

You may use our website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes and to make enquiries about our services. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not affect anyone else's use of it. You must not

•       Use the site in any way that breaks any law or regulation

•       Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it is hosted on, or any connected system

•       Introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful material

•       Copy, reproduce or reuse any part of the site for commercial purposes without our written permission

2. Information on our website

We try to make sure the information on our website is accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is complete, current or error free. The content is provided for general information only. Any prices, menus, packages or details shown are for general guidance, may change, and do not form a binding offer. A booking is only confirmed in line with Part B below. Photographs and descriptions of food are illustrative and actual products may vary.

3. Intellectual property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, branding, menus and design, is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you must not copy, reuse, distribute or republish any part of the site, or use our name, logo or branding, without our written permission.

4. Enquiries and contact forms

If you contact us through the website, by form or by email, you are responsible for making sure the information you give us is accurate. We will use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quote, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking and does not hold a date.

5. Links to other websites

Our website may contain links to other websites, including social media platforms, that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link does not mean we endorse the site, and you access any linked site at your own risk.

6. Website availability and our liability

We provide our website on an as is basis and make no promises that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error free. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the site at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website, or from relying on any content on it. We cannot guarantee the site is free from viruses, so you are responsible for protecting your own device and data. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Part B. Booking Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you book our mobile catering or ice cream cart services.

7. Bookings and quotes

Quotes are based on the information you give us, including your event date, location, guest numbers and serving time. A booking is only confirmed once we have agreed the details with you in writing and received any deposit due. Until then, your date is not held. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but any change to numbers, timings or location may affect the price and is subject to our agreement.

8. Prices and payment

•       Prices will be confirmed in your quote.

•       A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. The balance is due no later than 7 days before the event.

•       Accepted payment methods are bank transfer and cash.

•       Prices include any costs we have agreed in writing. Anything not listed in your quote, such as additional travel or extended serving time, may be charged separately by agreement.

9. Deposits and cancellations

•       Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of holding your date and turning away other work.

•       If you need to cancel, please tell us as soon as possible.

•       Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will be charged the deposit only. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be charged up to the full amount, as we will likely have bought stock and committed our time.

•       If we have to cancel for reasons within our control, we will refund any money you have paid in full.

10. Things outside our control

We are not liable for failing to provide our service due to events outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather, road closures, vehicle breakdown, illness, or other circumstances we could not reasonably prevent. If this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible and either rearrange or refund any payment for service we cannot provide, including your deposit where we are unable to offer an alternative date. Our liability in these circumstances is limited to the amount you have paid us.

11. Your venue and site requirements

To provide our service safely, you or your venue must give us

•       A suitable, flat and accessible space to set up and serve

•       Safe access for our vehicle and equipment

•       Access to a power supply where agreed, or notice in advance if none is available

•       Any permissions or permits needed for us to trade at your chosen location

If a suitable space, access or agreed power is not available on the day and this prevents us from working, we may be unable to provide the service and cancellation charges may apply.

12. Food, allergies and dietary needs

•       All food is prepared in line with food hygiene regulations.

•       You must tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements before your event so we can advise what we can and cannot provide.

•       Our food is prepared in an environment where allergens are present, so we cannot guarantee any item is completely free from any particular allergen. It is your responsibility, and your guests' responsibility, to check with us before ordering.

•       Guests order and consume our food at their own discretion.

13. Guest numbers and service

•       We will agree expected guest numbers and a serving window in advance.

•       We prepare food fresh to order, so we ask guests to come to us during the agreed serving time.

•       We will serve to the best of our ability, but we cannot be responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as access issues or significantly higher guest numbers than agreed.

14. Our equipment

Our equipment, including any cart, trailer and serving kit, remains our property at all times. You are responsible for ensuring our equipment is not damaged by your guests while on site, beyond normal use.

15. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any booking is limited to the total amount you have paid us for that booking. We hold public liability insurance, details of which are available on request.

16. Photography

We may take photos of our food and setup at events for our own marketing and social media. We will not identify individuals without their permission. If you would prefer we did not take photos at your event, just let us know in advance.

17. Complaints

If anything is not right, please tell us as soon as possible, ideally on the day, so we have the chance to put it right.

General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If any part of these terms is found not to apply, the rest will still stand. We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one in place when you use our website or make your booking.
